The project AIM to determine the status quo of quality management in the context of Haematopoetic Stem Cell Transplant in transplant centers (TC) across South Africa. To make available and share, for the use of participating consortium partners, deidentified best practice pathways and standard operating procedures.

Goals and Objectives
GOAL 1: Compare status quo of each TC with the target state.
GOAL 2: Workout how the actual state of each TC can be brought into line with the target state.
GOAL 3: Prepare a report on the result of the analysis of the current state and write basic recommendations for best practice steps for quality management standards for TC’s in South Africa and beyond
