HIV-associated Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a serious and life-threatening condition that Is prevalent in the South African population. This is a condition which is still poorly understood, and there are many challenges in managing patients with this condition. These excellent local researchers explored the published literature to produce a practical and concise review of the topic published in HIV Medicine.
